prescription with another pharmacy, we can transfer your
prescription for you; and (4) We can contact your doctor and get
a prescription order directly from him/her.

- A: It will typically take 6 to 10 days to receive your
prescription, process your order and ship your medication.
- Q: Do you charge to ship my order?
- A: There is no charge standard shipping
for mail order prescriptions. We ship via US Mail, and orders will
arrive in 2 to 4 mailing days. If you need your order sooner,
additional charges will apply, please call us at 888-551-6337 if
you need your medications quicker.
- Q: What method of payment do you accept?
- A: We can accept for payment American Express, Discover,

- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: If your prescription order
was damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at
888-551-6337. To protect the health and safety of our customers,
we do not accept returns on prescription items.
