Common Side Effects - A small

include: nausea, vomiting, weight change, bleeding between menstrual periods, and breast tenderness.

Generic Climara may increase the risk of stroke, heart attack, blood clots, high blood pressure, or similar problems. The risk may be greater if you smoke.
