Q: What if the drug I am currently taking is not on the list?
A: Unfortunately, not every medical condition or every prescription drug has a lower-priced alternative drug. However, feel free to call us at 1-888-551-6337 and we will check your medication or situation. When new drugs are brought to market, the manufacturer obtains a drug patent, protecting the drug for up to 20 years. This patent does not allow any other company to make or sell the drug until the patent expires. However, once the patent expires, other drug companies can start offering the generic version of the drug. Be sure to talk with your doctor about the price of your current prescription medication.

Q: Every month I pay a $10 co-pay at the drug store. How can you help me save money?
A: If the prescription drug you are currently taking each month can be substituted with a low-cost generic equivalent, that could cost you as little as $40 per year, this would save you up to $80 per year. Remember, quantity savings from US Generics Online, can reduce your out-of-pocket costs substantially even if you have a monthly co-pay.

Q: I found my generic drug on your list, but I am paying a lot more for it in the drug store. Why is USGenerics so much less?
A: USGenerics specializes only in top-quality, low-cost, FDA approved drugs. Since USGenerics concentrates on generic drugs and does not honor insurance plans, we can offer generic prescription medications at the lowest prices in the market place.

Q: If generic drugs and brand name drugs are essentially the same, why do they often look different?
A: Generic drugs look different because certain inactive ingredients, such as colors or flavorings, may be different. These ingredients do not affect the performance, safety, benefits or effectiveness of the generic drug. Also, trademark laws in the United States do not allow generic drugs to look exactly like the brand name, already on the market.

Q: Why shouldn’t I buy prescription drugs from Canada?
A: We offer low-priced alternatives to high priced American drugs, which is the reason you would order from Canada (or another country) in the first place. You should know that drugs from other countries are not inspected by the FDA and are subject to counterfeiting. If something is found to be wrong with a specific lot, foreign drugs can not be recalled by our FDA. Additionally, imported drugs are illegal and have been confiscated by the U.S. Government, putting you at financial risk as no foreign pharmacy will reimburse you. This is something Canadian pharmacies don’t want you to know. Finally, generic drugs are cheaper in the United States because of price competition, which is lacking in price-fixed Canada.
